Captain Cutter is a diverse leader. He can adapt to situations with ease. His ODSTs can reinforce an army at ease. And his elephant can keep reinforcements comming. And in my opinion The MAC blast is the best leader power of them because of its accuracy and power.
ODSTS - A powerful unit. Get it early enough and you are sure to win. They can deploy anywhere. So you can reinforce your allies army or your own quickly. They are mighty In numbers and their rockets pack a lot of firepower. They are vulnerable to jackals though. This unit is an aall around beast.
ELEPHANTS - They are slow and clumsy unupgraded but fully upgraded they are amazing. They keep reinforcements coming.Make sure you hide them though.Leader powers can easily take down this unit so beware. They are also good for rushing your opponent.
MAC BLAST-Good for taking out a good chunk of your oppennts army.A god if fully Upgraded.
Use this to turn the tide in battle.

Strategies
1.) ELEPHANT RUSH - Bulid order: Elephant , supply ,supply, supply, supply.
Get the elephant to the middle or in the corner as soon as possible.Lock it down and start pumping out units.
Make 2 falmethrowers for every 4 marines once you have a good amount of units attack your opponents vital bulidings - Barracks ,Vehichle depot , Air pad. , Reactor, then finnaly supply. Your opponent should have taken such a blow that he will never fully recover.
2.) Captain Cutter Elephant Turtle (NOTE THIS IS NOT MY STRATEGY!!! I FOUND IT AT GAMESPOT REVIEWS)
To execute this Halo Wars strategy, your starting build order should be Supply Pad, Supply Pad, Reactor, Turret, Supply Pad, and Turret. While you are building the Supply Pads, a good Halo Wars strategy will require you to move your Warthog to collect supplies, where they can add to your much needed supplies to start your Turtle strategy. Once you have produced your second Turret, a good Halo Wars strategy will require you to build an Elephant for its' defensive capabilities, and then a Field Armory to upgrade the Turrets. A good Halo Wars strategy will take advantage of Turrets and Elephant, their upgrades, and the infantry producing ability of the Elephant. The goal of this Halo Wars strategy is to sustain an early blow from your opponent, and quickly counter-attack while your opponent is vulnerable. Also, don't forget to use your Disruption Bomb to fend off a Covenant Leader Rush strategy as part of your UNSC Halo Wars strategy. This Halo Wars strategy will fail if you waste too many of your resources expanding to a new base.
3.) VULTURE FRENZY
Use any build order. build an army of vultures. Make sure you have the odst upgrade. Use the upgade whenever one of your vultures is destroyed to reinforce your army. Also upgrade mac to blow up any wolverines.
